Last time, We have seen Moto Z3 with flagship chip, even it was an older one. Finally, the company is planning something big, that may compete against flagship smartphones of 2020. Today, a device name Motorola Edge+ has been spotted on CPU benchmarking site Geekbench.
The device seems to arrive with Snapdragon 865 as the listing suggested with 1.8GHz base frequency. The device scores 4,106 points in single-core and 12,823 points in multi-core results. Further, it adds massive 12GB RAM and runs on the latest Android 10 operating system. The mentioned motherboard model number. is ‘burton’. All in all, testing scores are impressive, which can be further improved in the retail unit.
Lately, well-known tipster Evan Blass had published (private Twitter account) a render-image of this device with Stylus pen support. At the current scenario, only LG and Samsung producing that kind of phones for business-oriented users. Coming back to the Motorola Edge+ design, the smartphone holds full display design with significant edges around the corner. It has a single hole-punch display reserved for the selfie camera. Volume rockers and power button are present on the right side, while the back design is still missing.
Moreover, the company is holding an event for February 23 in Barcelona, just one day before the MWC kicks-off. However, the company didn’t give any idea about any device, but we can see some major launch in the mentioned event.
