There would be three smartphones in S20 series called standard Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+ and Galaxy S20 Ultra respectively. We have already seen various leaks and rumours portraiting these devices. Samsung Galaxy S20 Specifications
According to the provided specs, the standard Samsung Galaxy S20 will have 6.2-inch 1440 x 3200 pixels QHD+ Infinity-O Dynamic AMOLED display at 120Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the Exynos 990 chipset paired with Mali-GPU for the global variant. While some country will get the Snapdragon 865 chipset coupling with Adreno 650 GPU. Regarding the optics, the device accumulates triple camera setup at the back with 12MP primary sensor, 64MP telephoto lens and 12MP ultra-wide sensor offering 3x optical zoom and up to 30x digital zoom.
The device is well capable of recording up to 8k video @30fps. There is a 10MP front-facing shooter for selfies offering 4K video recording @30fps. The handset packs 4000 mAh non-removable battery likely to have 45W fast charging support. It runs on latest Android 10 operating system on the top of custom OneUI 2.0. The processor is same Exynos 990 for global variant and Snapdragon 865 for some restricted markets like USA and China. Considering the optics, it has an additional ToF sensor compared to standard S20. The device brings 12MP primary sensor + 64MP telephoto + 12MP ultra-wide with 3x optical and 30x digital zoom. It measures 162 x 74 x 7.9mm and weight is 188 grams. The device gets 4500 mAh non-removable battery remaining rest of the specs similar to the standard Galaxy S20.
Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra Specifications
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra is a real giant with a bigger display and special camera arrangement. The device is likely to get a Penta lens camera arrangement at the back. The primary sensor will be a 108MP sensor combined with 48MP telephoto lens + 12MP ultra-wide + ToF sensor, while the final one is yet missing. The camera features include 10x optical zoom, 60x digital zoom and up to 8k video recording @30fps. On the front, it has massive 40MP front-facing shooter for selfies. But from the previous leak, we have learnt that the device will have 1TB storage and 16GB RAM.
