ColorOS 7 officially confirmed to arrive on November 20

Oppo has finally announced the official launch date of ColorOS 7. The company schedules an event for November 20, where we can see the official announcement of ColorOS 7. However, the company didn’t yet reveal its features, whereas, we can expect some points borrowed from the Android 10. Because it is likely to be based on the Android 10 operating system.

To recall, ColorOS is a custom skin adopted by the Oppo and Realme phones. Realme has already confirmed the list of devices getting Android 10 update. The ColorOS 7 skin could be operating these devices, even though the company didn’t officially declare yet. Plenty of features suggested by the users can be considered for the development, which includes game voice changer function, camera time watermark, button to clear bottom notifications and many more.

Earlier, there were speculations regarding the entirely new skin for Realme devices called Realme OS. But Madhav Seth, CEO of Realme India, hints to continue with ColorOS 7. In the latest episode of # AskMadhav, he said,  “it will be a tweaked version of Color OS 7 with nearly stock Android look-alike user interface.” Meaning the company will use a lighter version of ColorOS 7 with Stock Android alike look & feel.
