Huawei Nova 6 officially confirmed to arrive on December 5 in China

Huawei Nova 6 is soon going to launch in China pointed earlier leaks. Finally, the company officially confirms its announce date. A small clip published by the company displays Nova 6 to be announced on December 6 in China. A recent teaser posted by the company reveals a full front view of this device.

The official video shows a dual front-facing punch-hole camera arranged horizontally. Where the secondary camera is an ultra-wide sensor to provide more space for group selfies. There are minimal side bezels around the corners, but the chin is slightly thicker. All in all, screen to body ratio likely to be on higher sides, but not among the highest. We have seen such smartphones in 2019, which provides more than 100% screen to body ratio and above 90% has already become common for high-end smartphones.

Huawei Nova 6 Expected Specifications

Moreover, some earlier leaks suggest that Huawei Nova 6 smartphone will arrive in both 4G and 5G variants. The company has already introduced two separate chipsets specifically designed for 5G and non-5G devices. If the leaks are believed, Huawei Nova 6 will be using HiSilicon Kirin 990 and Kirin 990 5G chipsets respectively depending upon the variant whether it is 5G or 4G. The device is likely to bring a triple rear camera setup on the back with the 60MP primary sensor.

The display is speculated to be a 6.44-inch Full HD+ OLED panel. Apart from that, the company is holding an event for November 26 in China, where Honor V30 will be officially revealed. Overall, both Honor V30 and Huawei Nova 6 share most of the specifications, but the rear camera arrangement is likely to be slightly different. What are your thoughts?
