Huawei Mate 30 / Mate 30 Pro 5G variants selling like a hot cake in China

Huawei Mate 30 and Mate 30 Pro 5G variants were finally up for sale today in China via the company’s official Vmall store. As per data released by the store, the company has managed to sell 100,000 units in just one minute. It is a combined calculation of both Mate 30 and Mate 30 Pro.

Apparently, both the devices are selling like a hot cake. Moreover, the company offers some freebies to some lucky winners. Those who have booked the device today, Mate 30 will be shipped by November 3, whereas, Mate 30 Pro expected delivery is before November 5 across the country.

Pricing Details

Huawei Mate 30 5G costs 4,999 CNY for 8GB RAM / 128GB storage and the top variant with 256GB of storage combined with the same amount of RAM is priced at 5,499 CNY. On the other hand, the Mate 30 Pro 5G base variant carries a price tag of 6,899 CNY, which further increases to 7,899 CNY for top 8GB RAM and 512GB internal storage. Huawei Mate 30 / Mate 30 Pro Specifications

The screen size for the Mate 30 5G is 6.62-inch at 1080 x 2340 pixels Full HD+ resolution. The Mate 30 Pro 5G has a relatively smaller 6.53-inch display but with sharper 1176 x 2400 pixels Full HD+ resolution. Both of the smartphones adopt OLED panels for the vivid and vibrant color scheme. These devices utilize the HiSilicon Kirin 990 5G chipset coupled with the Mali-G76MP16 GPU.

The standard Mate 30 sports triple 40 MP, f/1.8 (wide) OIS + 8 MP, f/2.4 (telephoto) OIS, 3x optical zoom + 16 MP, f/2.2 (ultra-wide) rear camera and a 24MP front-facing snapper. At the same time, Mate 30 Pro incorporates quad-camera setup on the back with 40 MP, f/1.6 (wide) OIS + 8 MP, f/2.4 (telephoto) OIS, 3x optical zoom + 40 MP, f/1.8, 18mm (ultra-wide) + 3D ToF sensors. On the front, it has a dual 32MP + ToF sensor camera combo.

Both the smartphones operate on EMUI 10 based on Android 10. The Mate 30 packs 4,200 mAh battery, while the Mate 30 Pro has a bigger 4,500 mAh non-removable battery. Besides, 40W SuperCharge 3.0 wired and 27W SuperWireless fast charging support is present on both the devices.
