Xiaomi Black Shark 2 Pro back design exposure; Nearly identical to its predecessor

Xiaomi subsidiary BlackShark publishes a new image through its official Weibo account by saying that the R & D department gave the approximate design of the Black Shark 2 Pro. There is no exception as we didn’t find any noticeable difference except two straight lines when it compared to the Black Shark 2. The back design is almost identical to what we have seen on its predecessor, which also makes sense as the company seems to prepare for Hardware acceleration being a gaming-centric device.

Previously, the device had passed through GeekBecnch benchmarks with having 3632 points for Single-Core and 11304 points for Multi-Core CPU results. Moreover, Geekbench listing also confirmed 12GB RAM and Android 9 Pie OS and it is likely to arrive with Snapdragon 855 chipset under the hood. Apparently, we are not expecting much changes in design, but more powerful CPU and GPU capabilities. As for availability, the company is holding a launch event for July 30; Therefore, we aren’t far away to have hands-on this device.

Black Shark 2 Specifications

The Xiaomi Black Shark 2 features a 6.39-inch 1080 x 2340 pixels Ful HD+ AMOLED display. The device is crafted with an Aluminum body with a sturdy design. It runs on the Android 9 Pie out of the box. The handset comes in various storage options up to 12GB RAM and 256GB of built-in storage.

The Black Shark 2 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 octa-core processor coupled with Adreno 640 GPU. As for cameras, the handset flaunts a dual 48MP + 12MP rear camera, while, a single 20MP selfie shooter. It packs a 4,000 mAh non-removable battery with 27W fast charging support.
